Our History!

The early versions of our software products were designed over thirty years ago. The development process was driven by the appraisal professionals that actually used the software.

Since then, our products have continued to evolve with a keen focus on the needs of our users.

In 2006, BI-Tek launched a major redevelopment effort seamlessly migrate all of its existing legacy products to a new, enhanced solution. The project was focused on these principles of seamless migration of functionality and workflow for all existing customers, preservation and enhancement of existing and future data, and greatly improved user interface and functionality.

One of the key aspects of the redevelopment effort was the replacement of legacy hardware and software components with latest and best solutions offered by Microsoft. This new platform enables BI-Tek to use the latest technology available to us in order to provide a continually up-to-date software solution.
